Elder Council Brothers Rick Sammons, Pete Marcello and Bob Stucker were instructors for the Boy Scout Catholic Religious Award “Ad Altare Dei”. The Scouts are (left to right) Converse Kennedy, Jack Bentley, John Paul Schutte, Jimmy Conners and Vincent Tallarigo. Jim Collins (back, far left) was the adult Scout leader.
Our Worthy Past Grand Knight, Tom Hahn, has provided us with a pictorial update of our banner. It has been at the Art Museum of Cincinnati undergoing restoration since March or April of last year. He stopped by on Friday to check on the status; Chandra has made good progress filling in the areas of fabric loss on one side of the banner as you can see in the photos.Â
Local 4th Degree Knights (including some from Archbishop Elder Council) were guarding the Incorrupt Heart of St. Jean Vianney at Old St. Mary’s Church on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. This Precious Relic is touring the US under the sponsorship of the Knights of Columbus.
