Madeira Independence Day Parade

Madeira Independence Day Parade:

Get the family together and join us on Saturday July 3 to walk or ride on the Elder Council float in the Madeira Independence Day Parade. Meet Saturday at 4:30pm in the St Gertrude parking lot. We’ll all jump on Jonathan Pearson’s trailer and ride to the High School, where we will decorate the trailer and participate in the parade that starts at 6:00pm.

The Knights will provide all the materials for decorating the trailer and we are providing plenty of candy to hand out to children along the route which begins at the high school and ends at St. Gertrude. Throw a couple of folding chairs in your car and stay for the festivities at McDonald Commons Park where there will be Food, Beer, Entertainment, and Fireworks.
